elyseREUBEN is the pinnacle of fashion wedding gowns in Southern California. For Jaime Elyse Stephens, the founder of elyseREUBEN, fashion sense came early in life. She started sewing at the age of eight. She found a love for creating and designing and quickly developed a vision of formal wear and a passion for the fashion industry. Jaime Elyse was able to find her true talent in fashion design. She had two accomplished mentors, her mother and her sewing instructor. Both women shared her passion and encouraged her education. She took all the courses available to her and started designing and constructing for clients while she was a junior in high school.Jaime Elyse quickly decided what her future held and pressed forward to follow her dreams. She traveled back to the West Coast where she began working within the management team at a Jessica McClintock boutique. She studied fashion in the San Francisco Bay Area where she began building her referral-based business. The label elyseREUBEN is the combination of both Jaime Elyse and Jonathan Reuben’s names. Jaime Elyse continued expanding and slowly built a modest client base for her unique custom wedding gowns. Over the years, Jaime has participated in non-profit runway shows that promote modesty and sophistication. elyseREUBEN Custom Wedding Gowns moved to Temecula Southern California in 2003 to set up its new headquarters closer to Los Angeles. Relocating was a strategic move to open more opportunities for Jaime Elyse.
Since relocating to the Los Angeles Area, Jaime Elyse has restructured elyseREUBEN’s Temecula Custom Wedding Gowns focus. With the help of her husband, Jaime has launched her casual collection in 2005 called Molly’s Clothing. Additionally she has added an off the rack bridal collection to accommodate all brides. The inspiration for her new lines comes from her past brides.
During her career she has be blessed to work with amazing clients, vendors and staff. elyseREUBEN has graced the pages of San Diego Style Weddings Magazine , Grace Ormond Magazine, Eliza Magazine as well as local Southern California magazines. Additionally, Jaime’s gowns have been featured in We&You Fashion Magazine in Madrid, Spain making Jaime Elyse and elyseREUBEN Custom Wedding Gowns Temecula an International Designer. Jaime Elyse has also been named the Top Designer in the Inland Empire in 2012 and 2011 and first runner up in 2009 and 2008 by IE Hot list and elyseREUBEN Custom Wedding Gowns Temecula designs have been featured on bridal magazine covers 9 years running. Jaime Elyse has won the “MYFOX HOTLIST” sponsored by Fox 11 in Los Angeles, for Best Wedding Dresses for two consecutive years.

She continues to grow and challenge herself, both as a designer and as a businesswoman. She lives in Southern California with her husband and daughters. She is a devoted wife, mother as well as a respected designer.
